Tuesday, October 13, 2009 @ 9:44 PM Still a tattoo virgin? I've been giving a loooooong thought of getting a tattoo and has finally made up my mind. So... Im gonna get a tattoo by the end of this year... Where? . . . . . . ![]() So I've been browsing through the web of meaning of tattoos and symbols. And I found some interesting designs that I am interested to get. Feminine Tattoos : Butterfly ![]() One of the most popular designs for women is the butterfly tattoos. Butterfly tattoos shows the feminine side of a woman and the woman's physical beauty. Because of the butterfly's short life span, many ancient people saw it as an emblematic of the impermanent. Its all about the airbone soul and the classic transformation story of caterpillar into a butterfly in which, modern translation says a transformation of a woman's confidence and sexiness in oneself. ![]() The Sun as a tattoo design is a reflection of the Sun's profound symbolic nature in most cultures. The most common symbol of the sun is a circle with the sun ray emanating from the perimeter. A dot or point in the middle of the sun reflects the blending of two souls : both male and female forces. As a tattoo, the Sun represents fertility, vision, passion, courage and eternally renewed youth, light and knowledge. Tattoos are also famous with celebrities nowadays and more celebrities are drawn to body art. Here are some pictures of famous celebrities with beautiful body art. Angelina Jolie ![]() Megan Fox ![]() ![]() and... JOSH HARTNETT. *melts* ![]() Im planning to get it before end of the year. Sean, let's go get a tattoo!! |
