Saturday, January 9, 2010 @ 4:20 AM For the first time in Malaysia, 3 churches burned down. Torched. We don't want to point fingers and start speculating on who are behind the attacks although I think we all know who they are because it is clear that the government and Najib himself are incapable of running the country. So much for 1Malaysia. I am completely saddened of the fact that some Malaysians have become uncivilized and resolved to solving problems by imposing violence and fear into people's lives. Perhaps the failure of our own education system may have contributed some factor towards such actions. I see that you have proven your point by standing together to protect your religion, but what good does it gives to torch the sacred place of worship for the Christians? Is that act even religious at all? At this time, all we can do is PRAY. And I believe that the Christians should come together and pray for unity and also for the country. As Matthew 16:25-27 says "For whoever wants to save his life will lose it but whoever loses his life for me will find it. For the Son of Man is going to come in His Father's glory with his angels and then reward each person according to what he has done". May God mercy be upon us. 0 comments |
