Over 30 famous bloggers, various media representatives and trade partners were present for the universal objective of celebrating the awards presentation to the winners of 6 fragrance cateogries, as voted by Malaysian consumers. Monday, October 4, 2010 @ 11:55 PM Amber & Xavier Public Relations Official Launch The Appreciation Party was held at Skewers, Subang Avenue with the attendance of special guest, press and medias and celebrities such as Jojo Struys, Stella Chung, Daniel Tan, Owen Yap, Megan Tan and so on. Me and a few blogger friends of mine were invited by the creator of the company, Amber and Xavier themselves to attend the launch of the newly set up PR company.  Meet up before the launch starts.  Amber Chia, Victoria & Xavier Mah Stella Chung & Victoria Amber Chia & Jojo Struys  With supermodel and actress Amber Chia and home-grown producer, make-up artist, writer and public relations personnel Xavier Mah intelligent collboration, it is proof that the agency means business, and the agency's motto "We are passionate about your business" will continue to grow by sweeping their clients off their feet with its excellent service.  AX is officiated by Dr.Koh Tsu Koon.  The event lasted about two hours. Media and close friends were treated to food and drinks, exlcusively sponsored by Skewers. The 23 year old beauty is the newly crowned Miss Universe Malaysia 2010, who recently represented Malaysia in Miss Universe 2010 at Las Vegas, Nevada, United States.     Last Saturday, I was invited to the congratulation party to toast the newly crowned Miss Universe Malaysia 2010, Nadine Ann Thomas at Rootz, Lot 10. Special thanks to Josh Lim for the invitation. It was also Parkson Fabulously Stylish Party to welcome Nadine as Parkson's New Style Ambassador.  Arrived at Rootz     Over 350 guests, including media, models, celebrities and business partners were fabulously glammed up for the party. Served with champagne and alcoholic beverages, guests were treated a video of Nadine's journey before and after she was crowned Miss Universe Malaysia 2010. Best dressed for women and men, walked away with Marc Jacobs Fragrance hamper worth RM1000 each. Throughout the event, I met new bloggers, new people and definitely bumped into familiar faces as well.  Kelvin Pauline Hanie Hidayah Nadine gave her speech in a confident manner, expressing her gratitude and her journey throughout the pageant.  The finale of the event end up with a mini parade of Miss Universe Malaysia 2010 and the finalists with dresses sponsored by Anned, Warehouse, Desigual, Bread & Butter and Monsoon, with accessories from Accessorize. Tuesday, September 28, 2010 @ 6:34 PM Bimba & Lola Fashion Show @ Pavilion  A twist of Spanish elegance with its feminine and stylish vibes, Bimba & Lola launched their latest collection in a fashion show at Pavilion last Thursday. I got the chance to attend the fashion show last week, along with fellow blogger, Kelvin Lee who got me the invitations and also blogger, Jess Lee.  For those who have not heard of Bimba & Lola, Bimba & Lola is a fashion outlet designed by two Spanish sisters who goes by the brand name. The first Bimba & Lola outlet was launched at Midvalley, Gardens mid 2008 and Pavilion, being the third outlet.  Before the fashion show starts, I got the chance to take a look at their latest collection inside the store. Feminine and trendy, and a touch of elegance definitely described the collection.    Cocktails and socializing before the fashion show starts. I spotted a few familiar faces.   Amber Chia & Alex  Kinky Blue Fairy, the blogger was there too.  The fashion started at 7.30pm, and Natacha Meunier was the top model for the brand collection.   Bimba & Lola offers a range of ready-to-wear clothes, coats, handbags and stylish accessories and all the way down to footwear for both women and men, with the price ranging from rm150 per accessory and handbag to rm5000 a coat, which is segmented to women between age of 23 to 45 years old. The event was good and every VIP/Media who attended the event comes home with a goodie bag from Bimba & Lola!  I look like a happy shopper!
